How to Use This Website

• Clicking upon a small Applied Holistics Hawk Logo (below), will take you back to a previous page, the Contents page, or something totally different.

  [And you can always use your browser's Back button, right? Which, BTW, you may HAVE to use on the yoga poses pages.]

• Clicking on the small book graphic ( ) will open a new browser window to a reference for quoted content.
• Some links may not work yet. I'll get there, maybe. But I will keep adding stuff, and more Easter Eggs.
• Easter Eggs: Links hidden here and there on a web page. Some are digital images, some obvious links in text, others not so obvious at all. As of July 25, 2022, AppliedHolistics.com/RobbHeckel.com contains more than 25 Easter Eggs.
